This studio is the larger floorplan, and one of the few units with an unobstructed view of the boats and gorgeous La Playa Cove, with its picturesque water-front path lined with multimillion dollar homes. The unit features hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, plantation shutters, and a beautiful custom-made Costa Rican hardwood queen murphy-bed, plus queen sleeper/sofa. The fully equipped kitchen has a 2-burner cooktop and convection toaster/oven and microwave plus full-size refrigerator. The large bath/closet area has extra storage. A ceiling fan and the ocean breezes keep the condo cool. Cable TV/DVD and high speed wireless internet are among the amenities. The complex is secure/gated and a designated underground parking space is included.

Just across the street from Yacht Club Condominiums, a great walking path leads to Kellogg Beach, just across from Kona Kai Resort and Marina, where you can play in the sand as you watch the boats sail by. Shelter Island has a friendly small town feel with lots of great little cafes, bookstores, restaurants and, of course those beautiful, elegant yachts, and many water activities. It is just a short walk down the street to renowned Humphreys By the Bay with live music and dancing nightly.

Smoking is allowed outside on the patio. Small pets (under 20 lbs.) are allowed with $500 pet security deposit.
