The owner, Christopher, provided professional and friendly service from the initial contact through our departure. The decor is tastefully done and honors the history of the Gaslamp District. The convenient location, amenities and comfort of home, and the clean contemporary decor make this the ideal place to stay while in San Diego. Great accommodation - clean, modern, with everything you could wish for. Ideally placed for all attractions in the San Diego area. The owner is very pleasant to work with and very accommodating. The condo is very clean and welcoming and in a great location. Everything is within walking distance! I would highly recommend to anyone. I wish I had stayed longer - and if I'm ever in that area again it's the first place I'd want to stay! Recently stayed at this great condo rental for 6 days for a vacation. Perfect location--right at the heart of Gaslamp district where the clubs and restaurants are. Perfect condo-- complete amenities as stated in website including washer/dryer, refrigerator with free refreshments. Very clean condo with tasteful and contemporary decor. Convenient parking garage in the basement with access via elevator from the building. Safe location. Professional and clear communications with owner. All in all, the condo rental surpassed my expectations in every aspect and detail and would not hesitate to highly recommend it to anyone who visits San Diego. we stayed in the condo for 4 nights, very clean 5 stars rating condo in the middle of everything. Decor is flawless very attractive kichen, bedroom, bathroom. All amenities at the touch of your hand. very comfortable. close to our convention center and gas lamp restaurants, definitly will be back and would recommend it to everyone in san diego. better than any hotel suite, guaranteed. My wife and I have been going to San Diego for our anniversay for many years and have stayed at many hotels. By far this condo is superior in every way possible. Location is prime and you really feel like a local coming to and from this condo. Also it's only about a block from Petco stadium for all you baseball fans!!! We'll definitely be renting this condo in the future. My wife and I recently spent a week in San Diego and stayed in this condo in the middle of the Gaslamp District. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed this rental property. Everything was clean and in working order. Grocery shopping, access to shops, mass transit and ultimately the whole city was just great. The unit is quiet with all the amenities you would expect and yet we were in the middle of this district with all its energy and fun. We will definitely go back. My wife and I just returned from a week long vacation to SD where we stayed at this wonderful condo in the Gaslamp. The location is perfect, central to all that downtown has to offer. The accomodations are sharp, clean, and very comfortable. A far better value than any hotel at any price range. This was a much needed break from the cold, damp east coast. My wife and I recently attended a business conference in San Diego. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well equipped condo in the middle of the Gaslamp district only a few blocks to the convention center. I have already recommended this condo to friends planning a trip to San Diego. With the finest San Diego restaurants a short walk, easy access to the train you have no need for a car while visiting (although I understand a garage is available). Cable television, wireless networking with a printer allows you to conduct business with ease. You will not be disappointed. I would rate this a 9 on a 10 scale at these prices. I stayed in this apartment for a four-day meeting at the Convention Center. It's a very lovely apartment in a prime downtown location. The bath is large, towels are soft, and it's all very clean and private. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, if for whatever reason you won't go to one of the many restaurants of the Gaslamp District; a big supermarket is just a few blocks away. The owners are very friendly and professional: e-mail and phone conversations were informative; rental rules fair and transparent, equipment accompanied by instructions, and much helpful information on the neighborhood. Importantly, internet connection was flawless; but I never got around to using two other attractions - the TV and the cortyard pool. My colleagues and friends who chose more conventional arrangements at hotels were all quite jealous, and are sure to compete for this rental next time they are in San Diego. We enjoyed our stay at Chris’s GasLamp condo. The condo unit is nicely decorated and has all the comforts of home; much more to offer then your standard hotel room in the area; The condo unit is located close to Petco park with plenty of restaurants to choose from in the Gaslamp district. Also great for business purposes; wireless internet and availability of a printer. We plan to use the condo unit again. Comfortable, relaxing, & wonderful unit with all the amenities of home+. The location is perfect for all you might desire to see and you can't beat the rental rate. Chris was thorough and immediately made us feel welcome. We will return.
