Very well situated in lively district, short walk from convention center. Nicely decorated and comfortable flat. I went there with my wife, son and step parents and the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were perfect. The large private exterior patio with swimming pool and BBQ was appreciated. Convenient interior parking. The paperwork was fussy , making sure we initial their numerous rules but in the end I was quickly refunded my deposit on return. I strongly recommend it.

This rental was a fabulous place to stay for the week long conference. The proximity to grocery stores, the convention center and the gas lamp district was very convenient. Since we came as a group and used both rentals it was nice to have a place to unwind and gather afterwards. We will definitely look into doing this sort of thing at next year's conference!

Don't know if I should be mentioning this place so that I can keep it all to myself. A bit pricier than many of the others available, but the location makes up for it. It provided a quiet haven from the insanity around us during the week where we could just sit out on the central courtyard and relax during the evenings. VERY clean and amenities were all you could ask for.

Although we paid a moderately higher price than quoted in the online ad, it was worth it especially with two young kids. Some minor glitches here and there, like missing can opener and laundry detergent, but overall we loved it and it would be hard to beat this in a typical hotel setting. We usually stay in vacation rentals and this one is up there with the greats. Underground parking access is key with two spots which came in handy when friends stopped by on a weekend night. Proximity to amazing food and drink in gaslamp was very exciting. Close to freeways and major attractions like zoo, seaworld, maritime museum, seaport village, etc. Bathrooms and bedrooms are well sized. VCR T.V. in guest room seems a bit Jurassic. Kitchen is awesome, very modern. The photos don't do it justice. It's a quiet setting despite being next to serious nightlife. Air con. & laundry works very well. Left wanting: High speed internet access would be nice. Pool is kind of small.
