The condo has large living and dinning areas and a full kitchen w/tiled island prep/serving bar. Both the master and guest bedrooms have full private baths and built-in TVs. A short drive on the Silver Strand will take you to the Hotel Del Coronado and beautiful Coronado Islands. Drive over the Coronado Bay Bridge to downtown San Diego and the famous Gas Lamp District with its wonderful shops, restaurants and nightclubs. Other downtown attractions: Horton Shopping Plaza, Seaport Village, The Convention Center and Petco Park hosting the San Diego Padres. Near-by Balboa Park offers wonderful museums, golfing and the famous San Diego Zoo. For additional fun with the children, enjoy Sea World, Legoland and the Wild Animal Park.

Hate advertising this Gem, as "who wants to share" and make this secret hideaway public...but what a fantastic Property. From the moment walking into the unit it was Great.. Directly on Imperial Beach we daily viewed the Surfers, Dolphins, Pelicans, and other Wildlife dancing, darting, and swimming in the Surf. LAUREL the Property Manager was simply wonderful and helpful in insuring our stay was special. Convenient to all the Amusement Parks, Restaurants, was nice. Sitting around doing absolutely nothing while enjoying the Sunsets was the Ultimate, never got to see a Sunrise as we were to busy sleeping listening to the Surf! We will be back... Laurel and Mark just make sure you have room for us AGAIN!

The accommodations were just as pictured. Clean, comfortable and everything you could ask for. The beach was 15 feet from the condo and the view was beautiful. Couldn't ask for a better place!

Great house! The view was spectacular. We found that this house was furnished and stocked very nicely. Proximity to the beach is nearly unbeatable, right out the back door! We would certainly return! Thanks.

Thank you, thank you, thank you - we had a wonderful stay - and can't wait to visit again - beautiful view - lovely rooms - great furnishings...this was our First experience - and could not have picked better people than Laurel and marck enterprises ! We loved the excellent view and direct beach access. Imperial Beach is away from the crowds but close to all the amenities of San Diego and Coronado. The condo is very comfortable and well-equipped. The rental manager was friendly, helpful and informative. We had an excellent holiday - thanks!
