This new five-story mid-rise is an urban retreat that will give you an ever-changing panorama of Downtown San Diego, San Diego Bay, Balboa Park, and the Tweet Street Dog Park.
Peaceful and hip. There is a definite urban edge- the lofts rise above a booming downtown but is nestled in its own, irresistible enclave.
State-of-the-art appliances; granite countertops, washer and dryer and maple hardwood flooring. Stunning floor-to-ceiling windows flaunt spectacular natural light and city views, while high ceilings maintain an urban touch in this open, spacious living space. Sofa converts to a king size bed.
Whether you are sunning by the pool and spa, working out at the gym or lounging by the outdoor fire pit in your own private cabana, we have created a vacation getaway.

This place was everything it claimed to be; beautiful, relaxing, clean and the facilities were outstanding. The pool, hot tub, gym and barbecue areas were very cool, we had a great stay there and I loved the cabanas. Television w/built in DVD player was a nice touch. I look forward to staying there again. It was the perfect location for me. The condo is close enough to walk anywhere downtown, but super quiet and exclusive.

My husband and I stayed for a week in this apartment and it was just perfect; the place is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. It has a great swimming pool and a relaxing outside patio on the first floor. The location is great because we’re close to downtown but not in the middle of all the noise. I’ll love to come back. Thank you.

If I could be assured every vacation rental was like this, I wouldn't ever stay in a hotel again. The loft is beautiful and nicely decorated. The photos show how it really is. The owners are nice too! I'm a photographer so I really liked the light in the unit. There are floor to ceiling windows (2 stories tall) with a view of Balboa Park. The freeway is there too, but the windows are well insulated and you can barely hear the cars even at night. Everything is there that you need including a washer/dryer. No TV but that wasn't an issue for me. If you like to read there is lots to choose from. Toni Morrison, Camus, Faulkner, David Sedaris and short stories. I read Freakonomics, a book I have been waiting three years to buy because I'm too cheap to buy the hardback. But read quickly, you can't take the books with you. It is San Diego so I recommend a car although you are pretty close to the Gaslamp District and Hillcrest. I'll definitely stay again.
