Gorgeous, contemporary high rise property located on San Diego Bay.
Floor-to-ceiling windows throughout welcome 180-degree views of the San Diego bay and city skyline. Breathtaking "birds eye" high rise views of cruise ships docking; navy and merchant ships sailing to-and-fro; train and trolley chugging along; airplanes landing and taking-off at San Diego Airport. Heavenly sunrises and sunset; twinkling evening city lights. So much to see, you may not want to sleep!!
Creme berber carpet in bedrooms; beautiful wood, marble and tile flooring elsewhere. Kitchen and baths have granite and marble counters. Pub-height dining table for six - enjoy the views even while dining!
Gourmet kitchen with cookware, dinnerware, wine and beer glasses, coffeepot, toaster, filtered water, ice maker.
Elevator whisks you from a secured, underground parking space to your unit.
Newer, comfortable queen mattress/boxspring in bedrooms, each with four nice pillows. Queen air mattress w/electric pump available for up to two extra guests (six maximum).
Big screen TV in living room, viewable from dining area and kitchen as well.
No smoking allowed within the unit. Okay on patio, only.
Available beginning January 1, 2009. Preference given to minimum 30 day stays.

San Diego Waterfront: Located across the street. Tour historic ships docked on the harbor, including the Star of India, the Midway, Maritime Museum.
Coronado Island: Ferry departs across the street every 15 minutes. Brief, scenic ride. Enjoy Coronado's beaches, pubs, shops, fine dining. Harbor dinner cruises, deep see fishing cruises also depart across the street.
Dining: Sea food restaurant, quality steak restaurant, pub, and family style food located one and two blocks away (towards waterfront).
Starbucks: 2 blocks away.
Groceries, AM/PM: Located 3 blocks away.
Little Italy: Begins 2 blocks away. Great dining, cafes, pubs, shops. Pedestrian friendly.
As this property is located adjacent to the San Diego Trolley, I'll reference these popular spots relative to distance traveled when taking the trolley. Trolleys are clean, comfortable, and quiet. Easy to find a seat. Only two minutes or so between stops. Convenient for those who may not be able to endure a walk.
Sea Port Village: One trolley stops away, or enjoy the walk along the embarcadero/waterfront. Fantastic seafood restaurants, shopping, outdoor summer concerts, green bayside park.
Gaslamp Quarter: Two trolley stops away. The "hub" for downtown live entertainment, pubs, ecletic shops, fine restaurants, people watching, and .... noise : )
San Diego Convention Center: Two trolley stops away. Great way to avoid parking at the Center - take the trolley.
Petco Baseball Park: Two trolley stops.
Old Town: Three trolley stops.
San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park (musuems, outdoor entertainment): 10 minute drive.
