Little Italy Gem, January 2, 2009
By Vicki CrossMitchell (Livermore, Ca.)
Renting a condo in Little Italy proved to be a great experience, the condo was centrally located, we didn't even need a car with the Red Train down the street. The people owning this unit might us a bit of help in the decorating department though, as nothing matched. It was much better than staying in a hotel, I will definitely use this service again.

Best Value in San Diego, November 21, 2008
By Robert Farber (Ewing, NJ USA)
Has to be the best value in San Diego. For less then the price of a hotel room you get a great condo, with easy parking and outstanding location.

Little Italy Apartment, July 14, 2008
By R. Alavie (Richmond Hill, ON, Canada)
Clean. Close to everything - 10-minute drive from the airport, four-minute walk to trolley, five-minute walk to the harbor front, etc.! Loved the area! Little Italy not overly Italian; that's a good thing! Building and unit are safe and quiet. Owners claims accurate. Air conditioner unit was noisy - owner ordered replacement. Dishwasher not the best (I should have reported it, but did not.) Could use more kitchen stuff (utensils, etc.) Great people to deal with. They told me I would enjoy staying there and they were right!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute one bedroom apartment. For about the cost as a hotel room, we had the benefit of more usable space. And the location was great — we did not rent a car, since we were in walking distance of most everything we wanted to do. My only minor complaints are that check out time is a bit early, and small amenities, like soap, were not included.

Little Italy San Diego visit, April 29, 2008
By Sarah Livingston (Phoenix, AZ)
My husband & I stayed at this property for a 2-day weekend when we came to San Diego for the art festival in Little Italy. The apartment is in a perfect spot for walking to the restaurants in Little Italy, or to the Harbor. Very clean and neat place, although small with no balcony. But who really spends time inside when in San Diego, right? Easy access to freeway to get to the beaches. The underground parking spot was handy too. All around good place to stay if you want to be close to Downtown/Little Italy.
