Deposits: $500 Refundable Security Deposit to reserve. Security Deposit returned after leaving condo in original condition or $150 cleaning fee deducted from deposit. 50% First Month's Rent due 45 days in advance of arrival with balance due upon arrival.
Other Fees: $150 Per-Pet Fee(Non-Refundable)

The condo was wonderful. Very nicely furnished and in a great location. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. The underground gated parking was great. We used the fitness center a lot. The rental rate is very reasonable. Would stay there again anytime.

This condo was great. It was very clean, and totally comfortable. We had a wonderful time. They had everything you needed for a great vacation, even beach towels and an umbrella. I will definately make it an annual trip. We had a dog with us, and it was so animal friendly. They have a wonderful grass yard out back fo rthe dog to play. Real close to the most beautiful sunsets in the world. Thank you so much.
