The place was awesome more than enough room for 4 adult females, plenty of kitchen space with enough pots and pans to feed an army we even had some visitors for dinner. the BBQ was a life saver. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoy the view of the ocean, so peaceful and the weather was great. We will be back!! Best Vacation in a very long time

Fantastic Oceanfront Property
April 9, 2013
This condo is directly facing the ocean and is right on the beach. Clean and well-maintained unit. The hotel pool is clean and the hot tub is hot. Nice walks on the beach and lots of surfers every morning and evening. We saw dolphins and seals too.

BEST VACATION BY FAR!
July 8, 2012
We own timeshares and have stayed at various places over the years, but THIS LOCATION beats them all!!! Great, well-kept condo with so many local activities to do in such an awesome setting! Nothing like waking up right there with the ocean off your balcony in the morning, watching surfers, dolphins, and listening to those waves!! Sure do miss it...and can't wait to book again soon.

Awesome Vacation Location!
June 29, 2011
I've always felt that to rent a vacation property online was, at best, a "shot in the dark". You truly never know what you are getting. But this was a winner! Our family was overwhelmed by the loveliness of the rental property. It felt like home to us -- everything we needed was provided and we were able to relax and enjoy some "down time" without worrying about anything! The location was perfect and had easy access to all of the things we enjoyed: San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Coronado Island, the seals at La Jolla, golfing, and shopping. With the beautiful beach just outside our front door, we were able to spend every free minute just splashing in the water, walking along the beach, and searching for seashells and beach glass. The pool was warm, the hot tub was exhilarating, and the outdoor grills were always available for an evening meal. We will definitely stay at the Imperial Beach Club again!

Great Family Retreat
April 4, 2010
My family had a wonderful time in this condo. I don't think we'll stay in a hotel again. The stay was relaxed and exactly what we were seaking. We love having the comforts of home on a trip, like a kitchen to cook dinners. We walked on the beach everyday, morning and night. The sunsets were phenominal.

Beach Front Stay
March 24, 2010
I traveled south of San Diego with my wife and 3 kids (under 5) and was a little nervous about being so close to Tijauna. That is, until we saw the property and Imperial Beach! Everything was amazing! Beach was clean, pool was great, very relaxed, low key vibe all around. I spent hours online trying to find a condo to rent that wasn't too expensive and I'm convinced, this is the best place available for the incredible price!
The Lifeguard's Chair

Ya gotta love the beach to love the floor to ceiling glass and sleek new everything in this spectacular condo....they were workin out the kinks in a newly acquired condo but were so friendly and responsive that it all worked. This is about the best view you could imagine. One sits on the second floor overlooking the sand and surf and surfers...like sitting on a lifeguard's chair. Enjoy!

Out of the Phoenix heat
October 22, 2009
We also actually rented unit 209. The secured garage with 2 reserved spaces worked great for us. We had plenty of room for our Chevy Avalanche and the elevator was nearby to take us to the 2nd floor to unit 209. The view from the unit was great. The kitchen has an island that looks out over the beach. The Pier provides a great point of interest and the spectacular reflections of the lights from the Pier on the water at night were enjoyed while sitting on the balcony. The courtyard was beautifully maintained and the gas grills below were nice to have for grilling steaks. The folks in town were all very nice and friendly. Only a few unpleasant issues: the comforters on the beds were dirty and had not been washed; the beach had flies due to the seaweed, but it really was only a bother if you enjoy sitting on the beach. It's a great place to get out of the Phoenix heat. Renting a condo instead of a hotel room certainly has its advantages.

We actually stayed in #209 - not #208. We were on the second floor on the ocean in Imperial Beach with a spectacular view. The condo was really beautiful with plenty of room for all of us. It did lack a few essential kitchen items such as a potato masher and a cutting board (which we had to purchase) however, there were plenty of towels and linens. We thoroughly enjoyed living there for the week and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to navigate San Diego to get to all of the hot spots (Seaport Village, Old Town, Coronado and Balboa Park). Every afternoon, from our condo balcony, we enjoyed a cold glass of wine while we watched the surfers and beach goers. Several mornings, we spotted dolphins playing in the surf. All in all it was a very relaxing vacation. On behalf of the Shackelford and Leist families we would like to thank you for your hospitality and we look forward to visiting with you in the future.

Upon entering into the condo, the ocean was there to greet us. The accomodations were superb and the kitchen's appliances were knew and modern too. We had a "carne asada" in the patio and the gas grills sure made it easy to cook the meat and warm up the tortillas. Our children favored the pool, however, I just loved the hot tub. I was able to relax and relax and relax...ahhh. The living room furniture was very confortable and the dinning area was graced by a lovely wood table surounded by four elegant wood stools. The balcony was also furnished and included beach ware, chairs and toys for the children to build sand castles. The week went to fast, next time, we'll rent this same condo if possible for two weeks!
