SPACIOUS. The living space is a spacious 1100 square feet, with 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is larger - 20' x 12', with the bathroom within the bedroom. The second bedroom is a good size at 14' x 12'. There is lots of precious storage space with 3 large mirrored closets equipped with "closet world" organization shelves, drawers, etc.

SIMPLE ELEGANCE. The entry, dining area, kitchen and bathrooms boast beautiful travertine marble, while the living room and bedrooms are carpeted with the clean look of berber. This home is light and breezy, comfortable and laid back yet sophisticated with marble tile, Corian counters, berber carpet, mirrors, and all new appliances (dishwasher, fridge, stove). You will also enjoy the quiet security building with elevator, laundry room, and bike room.
