Description of the San Diego vacation condo rental
Our condo(think duplex as there is only one other unit) was remodeled in 2006 and has been maintained in excellent condition. Enjoy the gated patio with bbq and open up the French doors to view the living area with leather couch and chair while viewing the 42" LCD tv which is mounted over a gas burning fireplace. Huge skylight over the dining area that seats six brings in the natural light. Travetine floors makes it easy to sweep away the sand you may drag in as the beach is just ten steps away. Ideal for young families as we are on the quiet Bay side with views of the fireworks at Seaworld during the summer or walk three short blocks to the world famous Ocean Boardwalk for surf and fun. Two bedrooms downstairs; one with a Queen and one with two twins. They both have tvs. Upstairs you'll find the master suite with a Ca.King, large bath with skylight over vanity with two sinks and a jetted tub/shower. Hang up your swimsuits in the walkin closet. There is a small office area off the Master with wireless pc and fax machine.
Then enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail on your private deck off the Master with a great view of the Bay. We have a tandem garage for two small cars or one mid size. Washer and dryer and beach toys provided.
Area Description
We are near everything. It is a short walk to the amusement park and roller coaster. Restaurants are also nearby and an easy drive to Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, etc.
