We'd have to give this condo a 3.5 stars (if we could...). We loved the location and free parking space. Kitchen was nice and had everything we needed and more, although we never really ate in too much. A/C is nice and cold. Bath tub didn't drain very well, so we had to take quick showers. Bed was very firm and gave us both back aches. Pullout sofa bed wasn't too comfortable either. Downstairs lounge was nice and empty for the most part. Wireless internet didn't work, so we had to plug in using ethernet. TVs were nice even though there was no DVD player. They had lots of movie channels, so that made up for it. Very secure building and area. Thank you!

Exceptionally clean with several commodities available upon arrival (linens, soap, kleenex, toilet paper). However, kitchen wasn't fully equipped - lacked serving dishes, sufficient place settings, and some cookware (potholders, measuring cups, cookie sheet). My family of 5 had to eat in shifts just because I had to wash dishes during the meal in order to have enough place settings. Unsecure glass tables and high barchairs not suitable for small children. Internet access only with an ethernet cable. Only 2 TVs. No DVD player. Two sets of keys so that guests didn't have to coordinate schedules and a brochure or booklet about the condo (describing amenities and functionality) would have been nice so that condo owner wouldn't have to describe everything upon arrival. Owner very nice. Bathrooms gorgeous and sofas very comfortable! A great condo for adults and adolescent children who plan to dine out more than eat in. Very convenient to convention center, Gaslamp District, and attractions.
