Description of the San Diego vacation condo rental

This luxury non smoking, oceanfront condo is on the beach. All rooms feature ocean views, except the bathroom and second bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking and eating utensils. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom 2 twin beds, and the living room two couches and 2 folding mattresses - similar to a futon, but slightly narrower than twin beds and 1 foot longer - which can easily accommodate children. The large balcony overlooks the boardwalk and has patio seating for 4. There is one parking space below the unit large enough to fit the biggest SUV. The unit is located on the 2nd floor, in the middle of the building in a 3 story complex. The condo is located halfway between the Pacific Beach Pier and the famed Belmont Park roller coaster. Daily room service is not avaiable.
This is a non-smoking unit. Holiday and summer rates are higher.

We had a wonderful trip. The weather was great. The condo was perfect! A beautiful sunset every evening. THe condo on MIssion Beach was a great location. We will definetly return!

This condo is outstanding. When you open the door you look through the living room window directly at the surf. The master bedroom also has a great ocean view--when you wake up and open your eyes,without even lifting your head off the pillow, you are looking at the Pacific Ocean. The condo is on the second floor, providing privacy from the walkers/joggers on the boardwalk. The condo is very well equipped, with all those little things you need, like scissors, paper goods, enough dishes and glasses for a party, and tons of linens. We were able to cook stuffing and cranberry sauce for Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen. There were a variety of CDs for the stereo, 3 TVs, and even a desktop computer, along with wireless internet for your laptop. I guess the only negatives might be the 1 parking place (our visitors either walked or knew other places to park) and one son thought that the daybeds in the living room were a bit hard (lots of soft blankets to compensate
