This Spanish charmer is conveniently located in the Metro Area just 15 minutes from most major attractions!
It is a bungalow style home that offers a combination living room/dining room with a fireplace, three bedrooms, two baths and a "plus room" for your luggage, lap top and/or an extra guest with an air mattress. The kitchen includes a breakfast nook and is equipped with a gas range, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cookware, glassware and utensils. Linens are provided. There is a fenced landscaped yard and parking for one car. TV, DVD, stereo, internet, telephone for local calls.

The neighborhood is called University Heights which puts you walking distance to coffee houses, restaurants and Antique Row on Adams Avenue. Just 10 minutes to Balboa Park, the Museums, outdoor theatre, Globe Theatre and the San Diego Zoo. In 15 minutes you can be in "Old Town" or in the famous "Gas Lamp" district which is packed with fine restaurants, bars, and music clubs. Then there is Petco ballpark, Qualcomm stadium, Seaport Village, Sea World and the local beaches! And, a few minutes from beautiful hiking areas.
30 minutes north and you are at the Wild Animal Park or Legoland! And, don't forget, you are 15 minutes from the Mexico border. One hour drive to Laguna and Newport Beaches and Catalina Island.
