Charming, cozy Craftsman-style 2-bedroom guest cottage. Bright, sunny, breezy with lovely ceiling fans to keep the cottage cool and breezy in the summer. A front yard for relaxing outdoors or evening drinks on front porch.

Beautifully furnished with all furniture, linens, bedding, towels, dishes, pots, full size refrigerator, gas stove and microwave, coffee-maker, toaster. Includes all utilities, cable TV and high speed internet access. New designer bathroom.
PLEASE NOTE:
Summer rate for the months of July and August is $2595 per month.

Area Information

Located in Golden Hill, the lovely residential area of downtown. Five (5) minutes to the Gaslamp quarter, Little Italy and Hillcrest with great restaurants and nightlife. Balboa Park and golf course are several blocks away where you can go to the wonderful museums or see a play at the Old Globe theatre. Close to all major attractions like the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Legoland, Sea Port Village, San Diego's World Famous Wild Animal Park, and much more. Some of the most beautiful beaches in Southern California are within 15-20 minutes by car. Enjoy a baseball game at the new ballpark "Petco Park" or you may chose to board the San Diego Trolley for a quick 15-minute ride to "Qualcomm Stadium" home of the San Diego Chargers.
