This house was perfect....it's location is great, it's size was huge, & the beds were soooo comfy. We had a great time and would definitely come back to this house!

Our family, including nine people across three generations, spent our Christmas vacation at this house and had a wonderful time, despite the bad weather! The house is very spacious and we had tons of room to spread out and have our own space. The master suite upstairs was beyond our expectations, with the balcony a lovely space to enjoy the view. We also loved the spacious couch with room for us all to gather. Everything went smoothly and we would highly recommend this home. We would return for sure!!

We had 10 people in our party and there were beds to spare. The large couch provided a space that we could all gather. The backyard is room and has tables set up to eat outside when BBQing. The two 'chair' swing were very relaxing. We elected to buy food at the local store (Von's just minutes away) and eat in a few nights. The kitchen was plenty big enough and well equipped. Overall, a very nice stay, neighborhood was quite, house is well taken care of and we enjoyed the Sea World fireworks each night. Wonderful property.

It's not very often that vacation rentals are beyond your expectation, but this was truly a wonderful surprise. The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful and SPACIOUS this house is. Although the weather was horrible during our visit, the kids didn't mind since they had more than enough room to play inside. And thankfully, it is conveniently located for quick trips to the store for everything we forgot at home. We spent Christmas here and it couldn't be more perfect. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed at!!!

We rented this wonderful property overlooking Mission Bay and had an incredible stay. Eight of us barbequed and sat around a granite outside table in a manicured back yard. The kitchen and huge living room and dining room added to the enjoyment, as did the four bedrooms with king sized beds. Everything was top notch and very well maintained. We would recommend this property to anyone.

We just got back from a wonderful week in San Diego. The home was comfortable and my only suggestion would be to have some folding chairs to use for dinner (only 6) since the house is so big. Also, they should get some new towels--what they have are tired! We had some plumbing problems which I feel the cleaning people should have reported before we arrived as one shower was dripping upon arrival but I contacted the owner and he took care of the problem. We liked the location which was close to beaches and old town was very short drive as well as the airport. The home is large with enough bathrooms!
