Depending on the size of your group, this amazing property can be rented as either a 3 or 4 bedroom because it features an attached one bedroom guesthouse that offers a second kitchen, 2 bathrooms, living room, bedroom and it's own furnished ocean view deck with gas grill.
No expense was spared in decorating the house with high-end
furnishings and all new stainless steel appliances from Sub-Zero, Bosch and Wolf. It also has a poured concrete bar top, granite counter tops and cork flooring, plus 4 plasma TV's and a custom built-in surround sound/entertainment system.
This home also features an amazing game room with Soprano's Pinball, Golden Tee Golf and slate pool table. Grill and outdoor patio on the first floor and additional 550 sq. foot Ocean View rooftop deck with jacuzzi on third level. The attached guesthouse also has a 300 sq foot Ocean View deck.
Sleeps 2-10: Cal King, 2 queen, 2 futons in main house and 1 queen and 1 futon bed in attached guesthouse. 2 Full laundry rooms available as well.

We were a group of 6 women who stayed in this property for a working retreat. Overall, our experience was positive. There were some cleanliness issues. There were blood stains on the master bedroom comforter. There were some kitchen odors too. We had the unit reserved until noon, but the the cleaner came at 8:30 and entered the house and began cleaning. This was distracting. The property was spacious and comfortable, but nothing special.

In San Diego for a conference, our lab rented both parts of the house and 8 people (only 1 couple) were quite comfortable. In the main house there are two actual bedrooms, the master with king bed and the other a queen bed. Then there is a bedroom off of the main living area with its own bathroom, but only a curtain to close it off from the room. We put someone who falls asleep easily in this room and they were very comfortable. The other bed (double futon) is in the game room that also has a very comfortable couch. Both people in the game room were very comfortable. Did I mention that the game room is kick-ass??? Loved the pinball machine!! The kitchen is great and has top of the line appliances. All of the common areas were very comfortable. The master bedroom was a little piece of heaven! The view is incredible! The only downside is that it is the only way to the deck unless you use the stairs from outside. It would also be nice if there were a curtain to draw at night in case people want to use the deck while people are sleeping. The deck is great with comfortable seating and a wonderful hot tub. The other attached, yet separate, rental is a one bedroom with its own living area, kitchen and bath. The living area has a very nice couch and a futon so 2-4 people can sleep comfortably. Very nice space. Overall, this was a beautiful and comfortable house and we would definitely rent it again!! Thanks, Sean!

Great house! Great view! It was perfect for a weekend get-a-way with the girlfirends. We all had a fantastic time. The beds were comfortable, it was clean. In a cute neighborhood, felt safe. Easy to contact owner. Overall- great place. Will definitely keep this in mind for another time away from home.

We stayed here for 6 nights and found this house to be spacious with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our large family. The location is not bad if you have a vehicle to get around to the local sights. We enjoyed runs every morning along the sunset cliffs overlooking the ocean. The landlord was accommodating, easily accessible, and fixed problems immediately. The house definitely felt like "it had been partied in by rockstars" ... it could have been cleaner and could have been stocked with staples (toilette paper, laundry soap, garbage bags, dish soap, etc). Gameroom is a nice addition because it creates opportunities to keep yourselves/kids entertained.

Me and three of my old school mates rented this house for a reunion. Although we didn't need all this room for 4 people - it gave us privacy - but also supplied a great room downstairs and rooftop where we good all "hang." This house has beautiful views. It was very nicely furnished, modern, yet comfortable. VERY SELF CONTAINED - every kitchen gajet you could want. Great area for views and great walks along Sunset Cliffs. The beds were very comfortable - everything very roomy. We had a great time. Not for someone who can't do stairs tho! Of course we loved the exercise!!! The uptop deck and jacuzzi is to DIE FOR! We spent most nights at Sunset up on the deck with snacks and drinks and the sunset. Late night hop in the jacuzzi! We really felt like we were in a resort. Also, the neighborhood was very quiet - and a wonderful area to walk in to.

Wonderful house with plenty of room for large family vacation. Modern kitchen is fabulous to cook in. Owner very accomodating, easy to work with & accessible before & during our stay. Will certainly consider renting again.

We are picky. But this house was everything that we hoped it would be. The deck, the jacuzzi, the gameroom, the sunsets. We will definetely be coming back again next year!
