Luxury, privacy and elegance at its finest!

Come enjoy this custom built, one-of-a-kind home in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in San Diego. The prime location is only ten minutes from the airport,downtown, beaches and Convention Center!

Breathtaking describes this home and it’s amazing view of the harbor and downtown. It’s the perfect setting for a great family vacation or romantic get-away. This 4 bedroom and 2.5 bath home comfortably sleeps 9-10 people.

The master suite has a king bed with a large plasma screen mounted above the fireplace. Attached master bath has large jacuzzi tub and separate walk in shower. Two other bedrooms upstairs share a bath. One has queen bed, TV and DVD player the other has two twin beds. Alcove has pullout sofa and office desk. Downstairs bedroom has queen bed, TV and DVD player. The living room has a large plasma screen with HBO hanging above the fireplace and looks out over the gorgeous pool setting. Couch pulls out for additional bed.

Gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the tools necessary to be the next "Top Chef". Dining seating for up to 8-10 indoor and lots of room outdoors

Amenities: Balcony off master suite overlooking panoramic view of downtown and harbor, large screen plasma TV w/surround sound in living room, laundry facilities. Separate outdoor BBQ Island, fireplace and patio setting in addition to the gorgeous pool, and heated spa.

Home is in a residential neighborhood. Large parties not
applicable.

50th Celebration

September 27, 2012

A wonderful, fully appointed home, roomy enough for our family plus friends. It was the promo video that "hooked" us and it did not lie. The pool and water features are something out of "Rich and Famous". The home is 10 minutes from both the San Diego Harbor and airport. The expressways and shopping are super close. We visited the Maritime museum and spent hours at the Torre Pines Gliderport, fantasizing about hang gliding, The only (albeit small) complaint concerns the exiting the property. We had three cars and most times needed secondary supervision to back out of the driveway. Looking forward to another milestone when we can all be together in Point Loma.

As good as it looks!

Since we are 3 families with 4 young children we thought renting a house would be easier for our vacation than a hotel, and this place was so much better than anything we had imagined! Everything about it was beautiful, and it had everything we needed inside. The separate bedroom downstairs was perfect for the Grandparents (although no bathroom) and there was so much space everyone could do their own thing. The pool and jacuzzis were a dream. We hardly left the house the entire week! We had a bit of trouble with the hot water which was a pain, and the fussy neighbour meant we didn't use the BBQ area as much as we might have, but overall it was a fantastic time, certainly the best vacation we'd ever had and we will definitely be back!

l have been to San Diego many times and decided to splurge and rent this amazing home. l will say it was an amazing week...the house is gorgeous and we had a great time.The house is very quiet and the pool was beautiful. l would return anytime. the only tricky thing was the driveway...leaving was always an adventure. but l plan on returning real soon.

Magical Vacation

Jan Storck (Stockholm, Sweden) and I spent a special weekend in this fabulous home. We loved watching the sun rise over the Coronado Bridge while sipping coffee in bed. The hot tub, the fireplaces, the privacy all added to our enjoyment.

No June Gloom!

Stayed here in early June 2009. House is located in perfect area close to EVERYTHING. Pool is awesome and the house was perfect for our group. The only minor complaint that I have is that the amenities in the house weren't great. The cooking utensils, pots, pans need an upgrade. There were minor repairs that the house could use as well BUT...not enough to keep me away again. I would rent again in a heartbeat. The Prop manager was great with communication and was available when we had questions/concerns. We had a great time.

Point Loma Paradise worked out perfectly for our visit to San Diego. We managed to sleep everyone, feed everyone, be outside, etc. The grandchildren even swam in the unheated pool. The jacuzzi worked out well. The location worked out well for touring San Diego, plus the views from the upstairs balcony. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house.
