Description of the San Diego vacation home rental
PERFECT SUMMER VACATION HOME. 5 bedrooms/3 bath and loft. Large yard perfect for entertaining, view, granite counter tops in kitchen, open floor plan. Washer/Dryer are upstairs. 2 bedrooms and 1 bath downstairs that are accessible and 3 bedrooms/2 baths and loft upstairs. 2 bedrooms have balconies. The yard has a waterfall, fireplace, bar and built in barbeque. There is plenty of shade and herbs for those culinary types.
There is a dog run on the side of the house. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Plenty of parking, a school behind the house with play equipment. You will also have access to the community gym, pool, spa and child water play area, a nice walk or short drive away. There are also bike trails 2 blocks away that will take you right to the beach.

Carmel Valley is just east of Del Mar. We are 4 miles from the beach with a bike trail that will take you there. Close to Hwy 56 and Hwy 5 making it a central location for all the key vacation spots like the Del Mar Race Track, 10 min, Sea World and Mission Bay 20 min. San Diego Zoo 25 min. Downtown 25 min. There are so many fun things to do here in San Diego and many are free like the concerts in all our local parks. A book of all these great events will be in the home for ready access to all San Diego has to offer. Some of our favorite activities are the concerts in Del Mar, The Del Mar Races, Our very own Padres, Dinner downtown San Diego, we love Sea World and often ride bikes around Mission Bay. I am an avid Kayaker and love La Jolla Shores. My favorite beaches for swimming are Del Mar and La Jolla Shores. Torrey Pines is great for hiking, the surf is a bit stronger there...and let’s not forget Summer Pops downtown behind the convention center on the bay. Bring a picnic and sit on the grass or buy a seat. We take the grass passes and bring a picnic….and so much more.

Summer vacation

We have been renting homes in a few states of us and this is one of the best we been on it....excellent house, excellent neighborhood, very quiet, within 25 mins you can find horse racetrack, malls, downtown la jolla, parks, petco park, qualcomm stadium....the common area is great with pool and gym...I highly recommend this house....also, if you have a problem with anything in the house, the owner is always around....by the way, she is a lovely person...am coming back soon...........Latinos, esta casa es hermosa, nueva, con excelentes instalaciones, en un barrio super tranquilo.... Todo esta muy cerca, en especial el centro de la jolla...ademas, la propietaria es una excelente persona, que siempre estara al pendiente de cualquier problema que pudiese tener la casa....

Perfect home away from home

This home is beautifully decorated and yet the furnishings are extremely comfortable. Great kitchen and outdoor patio for enjoying the perfect weather. Excellent location, convenient to everything you need for shopping and all the attractions you want to see in San Diego! We wanted to stay longer.
