Description of the San Diego vacation home rental
Crown Point Beach & Bay Vacation House - 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, sleeps 6-8. Located at the tip of the Crown Point Peninsula, surrounded by water on 3 sides, walking distance to Crown Point Shores (Beach/Park and Recreation area). Boardwalk/Bike path just 2 blocks from the house, enjoy walking, biking or roller blading around Mission Bay, with easy access to Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. SeaWorld is walking distance and the location is centrally located for quick trips to the Zoo, Downtown, Balboa Park, Legoland, The Wild Animal Park, etc...
3 Bedrooms: 3 Queen beds and 1 sofa sleeper
Kitchen: Kitchen has new appliances and is fully equipped to handle large meals. Lots of room for many chefs in this kitchen.
Living room: Large, bright, airy living room , hard wood floors throughout. Working wood fireplace and 60" Plasma HDTV. Expanded cable, Blu-Ray Player, and a extensive library of DVD movies.
2 Bathrooms: Master Bathroom has a separate stand up shower and large tub. Bathroom #2 has a jacuzzi shower/tub.
Master Bedroom: Huge master bedroom with full bath. Bedroom is over 300 square feet. Gas fireplace, 42" tv and DVD player round out this room. Skylight and windows make this room very bright and inviting. Glass french doors open into the tropical backyard.
Backyard: Large backyard with expansive tropical theme. Outdoor gas firepit, large 36" barbecue with sear burners and rotisserie, side burners, sink, bar, refrigerator, kegerator, and hot tub are just some of the amenities. Outdoor movie screen and projector are available. Just imagine making dinner outside and then sitting around the fire pit watching the Sea World fireworks and a movie.

Area Information
Close to everything and less than 3 blocks to famous Mission Bay in 3 directions. Located on the tip of a peninsula, this home has a coffee shop, local market, restaurants, and liquor stores within an arms length. The boardwalk that wraps around Mission Bay and to the Ocean is a very short walk. Local events such as the annual Power Boat Regatta in September, the Pacific Islander Festival, the Crew classic, the Susan B Komen 3 day walk, and the Rock & Roll Marathon are right around the corner. Watch the fireworks from SeaWorld or ride bikes to the world famous Belmont Park to ride the Giant Dipper roller coaster. This is truly an unique and amazing area.

A perfect little house that will contribute to an awesome vacation for all ages. Very well kept place that has everything you need for a good time in between your outings to the wonderful pacific beach area. The owner was very accomodating, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It was a vacation that I will remember for a long time, and hope to return soon.
