Description of the San Diego vacation home rental

Lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo overlooking the Bernardo Heights golf course and country club. This is a bright and airy home completely furnished (linens, towels, etc.) with 2 private balconies with BBQ. Living room, dining room and full kitchen with a large balcony on top floor at tree tops. Note: there is an elevator. It has its own laundry room.

The newly renovated large master bath has an oversized tub, large separate shower with multiple showerheads and a two sink vanity. The entire condo has purified water. There is a queen size bed, sleeper sofa, complete kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, washer/dryer, full bath, cable, wireless Hi-speed internet & all utilities. Pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts. Great for 2 to 4 people.

There's also a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that sleeps 6.

Area Information

Area Description: Quiet rolling hills on the 2nd hole of golf course with view of a small lake and mountain views is located in Rancho Bernardo community. Close to many attractions including Wine tasting, Wild Animal Park, Legoland, Balloon rides, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Las Vegas style casinos. Within walking distance to tennis courts, walking paths and Henry's Farmer's Market. 3 1/2 miles to Rancho Bernardo Winery, just a few miles to shopping, multiple restaurants and other golf courses, 5 miles to North County Fair mall, 15 miles to the Wild Animal Park, 15 minutes to the beach and 1.5 miles to the local library. 25 minutes to Sea World and the San Diego Zoo. Overall it’s a great place in a great location.
