We had a great 2 weeks in our rental. A huge plus was the use of well tuned bikes allowing us to access the bay area 2 blocks away! We didn't miss too many mornings of cycling and couldn't help but notice how many fit and active people are outside "oriented". Because we live in a ski resort, it's great to see other "seniors" keeping fit. The home owner, David was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of what we might want to do during our stay. Good location and convenient to access all local attractions. Just a heads up - there are no bikes, we found out after we got there. The owner said he needed to change the listing, but hasn't yet. We had a gas outage (not the owner's fault) for the last two days of our stay, and we were discounted one night's stay, which was very fair. Also, be aware that the second bathroom is downstairs and has outside-only access. Otherwise, this place is pretty much as advertised. Great ocean view from the deck in a great location.

You cannot beat the price. Everything in San Diego is within 20mins, so if you do not want to stay in Imperial Beach, you do not have to. Condo is very nice and offers great views of the awesome San Diego sunsets.

This condo has everything a couple needs and in a great location, close to the beach. Ocean views from the patio were great, especially during sunsets. Condo is small but hsa all the amenties you need. We enjoyed our stay and highly recomend it.

The vacation rental was incredibly beautiful. Wonderful location close to the beach. Lots of great amenities inside the rental property. Overall nice experience. The only problem was the owner's obsessive concern with the look of the property. I was awoken at least four or five times at 7 or 8am by the gentle sounds of: electricians installing who knows what (that was actually 6:30am); gardeners power-washing the porch; a handyman painting everything in sight; and finally the owner himself trimming some trees on the lot that really didn't need trimming. All this before 8am! What the heck? It's a vacation rental. No work should ever be done on the premises before noon!

We recently stayed in this beautiful Townhome, and had a magnificent time. Conditions were exceptionally nice very clean. Views were breathtaking, beach was walking distance.

The condo was in a very good location. It was easy to get to most of the tourist attractions in town. The unit was very clean and well laid out although it could use a dresser with drawers in the bedroom. The shower door is not mounted correctly and would come off the track and could cause an injury if one was not careful.
