Beautiful 4 bedroom two bath townhome in San Diego. A good location in San Diego - Close to Downtown, Gaslamp, Sea World, Sea Port Village, Old Town, Pacific Beach, and Mission Bay, 20 minutes or less to the airport. Convenient Freeway access to the 805, 163 or the 5. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance from the townhouse.
The four bedrooms are upstairs, but, the stairs are not steep.
It has beautiful granite counters and stainless steel appliances with upscale furnishings and all the comforts of home. Everything you need for an equipped kitchen - Also linens, cable, internet are included.
Complex amenities include a club house, an olympic size pool, with lap lanes, and a exercise room with up-to-date equipment.
LEASE TERM: Available for a 6 month lease. November 1 to April 30. Monthly lease $2400.00 month. First and last months rent required and a $1000.00 refundable security deposit, provided the house is in the same condition as when it was leased.
PET POLICY: Small pets considered with additional deposit.
