Embedded in the hills overlooking Mission Valley is Escala; an upper scale, gated, resort-like community that offers an abundance of activities for guests in its own right; including a fitness center (lots of cardio machines and weights), an Olympic sized pool, a wading pool, sauna, child play area, hiking, tennis, outdoor BBQ, and a club house! Not to mention 24 hour security and an overall environment best suited for families and the physically active!

You will enjoy private and exclusive use of this upgraded, Tuscany-style townhouse in a desirable local community. The townhouse offers ~1,800 Sq/Ft of living space with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a garage, and a patio. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with oversized tub, his/hers sinks, walk in shower, and a walk in closet. The 2 extra bedrooms have a queen and a fold out bed for 2. The entire house can can sleep up to 6 comfortably, and we have an extra bed if necessary. Use of the two car garage comes with the full house rental. The townhouse also Includes a nice furnished patio, a huge upgraded kitchen, and a full size washer/dryer with its own laundry room.

Should you decide to leave the community, you will find a vast number of options within 1 or 2 miles. From Sea World and the beaches, to fine dining and shopping, it is all waiting for you here! The property is located about 2 miles from Fashion Valley mall, Mission Valley mall, and every business or service you can imagine. Not to mention, over 100 types of global cuisine restaurant options. Quick access to I-8, I-163, and I-5. Close to everything, yet the area includes natural terrain and hills/mountains that offer hiking opportunities exclusive to this particular community.

Sea World is under 8 miles away, as well as the Airport and beaches. You could avoid the freeways altogether for Sea World trips and just take Friars road west from this location.
Its about a 30 dollar cab ride from here to the Airport, and if need be, we can do this for $30 per way.

BThis park is full of beauty and has lots of education value. Balboa Park is one of the biggest parks in California. It is several acres long and contains museums, a cactus garden, Japanese garden, Organ pavilion, rose garden, ponds, fountains trails, recreational facilities, a dog park, and much more.

2.) Seaworld

Seaworld houses many interesting kinds of sealife and marine animals. At Seaworld you can see the famous Shamu (Killer Whale), and the Sea Lion Show. Seaworld also has a variety of entertainment that includes a circus show, rides, a pet show and much more.

3.) Old Town

Old Town houses a great deal of history that associates with San Diego. You can wander in the Spanish Village, Go see the old school house, and much more. There are many great shops in old town to explore, and really good authentic Mexcian restaurants to eat .

4.) Seaport Village

Seaport Village is located near the harbor of San Diego. Seaport Village is one of the favorite tourist's spots in San Diego because of all the great stores people can shop at. There are also many restaurants that offer great seafood to dine at.

5.) San Diego Zoo

This Zoo is located next to Balboa Park and is one of the biggest zoos in California. It has many acres that are filled with all your favorite animals. The zoo also offers different shows that educate visitors about endangered animals and their habitats.

6.) San Diego Wild Animal Park

The San Diego Wild Animal Park is similar to the San Diego Zoo except that it is located in the north county area and is a lot bigger. The Wild Animal Park is a safari park that offers a tram ride through the different areas the animals reside.

7.) Gaslamp District

The Gaslamp District is located in Downtown San Diego. This district is a very active place that has many great restaurants, stores, bars and night clubs to go to.

8.) Coronado

Is the peninsula that is across from San Diego. Coronado has the famous Del Coronado Hotel. Coronado also offers a variety of shops and restaurants and is located very close to the beach.

9.) Legoland

Legoland is located north of San Diego County. This amusement park is a great place to take kids especially if they love legos.

10.) Beaches

Last but not least the Beaches of San Diego are a very popular Tourist Spot. Some of the best beaches in San Diego include: Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, Moon Light Beach, La jolla Shores, Ocean Beach, Coronado, and many others. San Diego Beaches offer a great place to get a tan or cool off in the ocean. The beaches are also great places to see the beauty of the ocean and people watch.
