There are panoramic views of the ocean and Mission Beach from the rooftop deck. Additionally, there is a balcony off the master and second bedrooms that face Mission Boulevard. There is garaged parking, patio furniture, propane grill, a large cook's kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a commercial style Viking gas cook top, full size washer and dryer. Plenty of space, cable tv, high speed internet, and local calling. The kitchen has coffee, coffee maker, toaster, pots, plates, cups, seating for five at the kitchen table, 2 barstools, and cleaning supplies. Towels, a stroller, picnic basket, and 2 beach chairs with umbrellas are provided.

The house is 2 miles from SeaWorld, one mile from the Catamaran Spa, and five blocks South of Belmont Amusement Park.

A $500 security deposit is required to reserve the unit. House is available for 9 month student rentals. Sept thru May $2500 per week $390.00 per night (3 night minimum), June $4300 per week $645.00 per night, July & August $4600 per week $685.00 per night, Holidays $4300-$4600 per week $685.00 per night, Oct thru May discount rates $6000 per month.
