Enjoy your wedding, family reunion, corporate event or whatever occasion you 're celebrating while enjoying spectacular and endless ocean views and overlooking San Diego's beautiful Sunset Cliffs Nature Park. With accommodations for 30 overnight guests, a private beach and room on our spacious oceanfront patio for up to 200 wedding guests, you can enjoy your event in comfort and style! Watch the sunset while relaxing in our cliff-side hot tub or directly from your bedroom!
Our oceanfront, Sunset Cliffs property features five, two-bedroom vacation residences with king- and queen-size beds, plush pillows, down comforters and cool and luxurious, 400-500 thread count Sateen sheets. Each residence also features a magnificent ocean view and either a private patio or balcony. Two of our vacation residences share adjoining French doors creating a large, 4-bedroom, 2-bath enclave - perfect for larger groups or multi-family vacations.
Numerous guests have used Ocean View Villas as a site for weddings, receptions, family reunions, '80th' birthday parties and other family events. Our property is ideal for multi-family vacations and group travel plans where you want to be together, but maintain your own living space ' the perfect scenario for wedding guests!
Of course, just about all of the amenities of home are included: kitchen appliances, including microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, utensils, silverware, plates, cups and glasses; bath towels and soap, linens, pillows and blankets; and entertainment such as satellite TV, CD player and clock radios. You'll also find an outside BBQ, plenty of beach chairs, chaise lounges and tables. Also, our vacation residences feature electronic numeric coded entries, which means no keys for you to worry about. We want your stay to be peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable.
To your left, you'll find Sunset Cliffs Nature Park - a great place to spend the day exploring cliffs, caves and tide pools! Directly in front of you lies your private beach and miles and miles of deep blue ocean... where we often see migrating whales, playful pods of dolphins and adventurous surfers. To your right is the casual seaside town of Ocean Beach, with plenty to do, including dining, shopping, antiquing, surfing, swimming, biking, blading, walking, jogging and fishing! In the evening, enjoy cocktails while listening to the surf, or take a romantic stroll on a long pier - the Ocean Beach pier, and enjoy the lights of San Diego from the over-water restaurant. And be sure to catch the fireworks display from Sea World - only 10 minutes away! Return home to your oceanfront hideaway, sip some wine with your new husband (or wife), and listen to the waves crash on your private beach. Paradise!
During the day, enjoy our private beach (subject to the tides), our sun-drenched sand-filled patio, or 6-person hot tub or nap under the shade of our straw-covered palapa. If you do choose to explore, you are close to all San Diego has to offer: 10 sec from the beach, 30 sec from Sunset Cliffs Nature Park, 4 min to the heart of OB and dining, shopping, antiquing, taverns, sightseeing and, of course, beaches! 6 min to the charming village of old Pt. Loma, with its shops, restaurants and the San Diego Yacht Club, 10 min to Sea World, Old Town and more!

We can accommodate nearly 200 people on our outside patio. Our property is ideal for multi-family vacations and group travel plans where you want to be together, but maintain your own living space. We even feature a 4-bedroom, 2-bath rental that sleeps 12!

- Lodging Tax: 10.5%
- Deposits: 50% of the rental payment is required to confirm your reservation. The final 50%, plus security deposit, cleaning fee and 10.5% Tax, is due 45 days prior to rental period. Reservations made within 45 days of the rental period require payment in full.
Please note: Prices shown are for cash/check payments only and reflect a 3% cash/check incentive discount. If you wish to pay via credit card (through PayPal), your transaction will not include the 3% discount.
- Other Fees: $375 Cleaning Fee
Watermark Properties Cancellation Policy: There is a $50 per villa cancellation fee for ALL cancellations. For cancellations made from the time of initial booking to 45 days prior to your stay, all monies received are 100% refundable, less the $50 per villa cancellation fee. For cancellations made 44 days or less from the date of your stay, you may receive a refund of your rental payment up to the total amount paid (less the $50 per villa cancellation fee) IF we can rebook.
