Indoor rooms are tastefully decorated with antiques. Outdoor areas include three separate patios for al fresco dining and relaxing, firepit, koi pond with stream and cascading waterfall, chef's gas barbeque, and expansive yard.

This home is located within the 24/7 manned Santaluz Gates.
Access to Santaluz Club facilities and events (including July 4th celebration and other festivals, Concerts and Movies on the Green, and Kid's Camp, etc.), can be arranged upon request.

Santaluz is one of San Diego's premier coastal villages, located 10 minutes to the beautiful beaches of Del Mar, and 15-30 minutes to La Jolla, Legoland, Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, the Wild Animal Park, Balboa Park, and many other attractions.
