This gorgeous home, is located in La Ventana Del Mar, San Felipe`s most exclusive community, where you can find restaurants, tennis courts, swimming pools, private beach and play at Bradford Benz’s signature Golf Course.

This home has been decorated and furnished throughout with superior quality fittings.

All rooms are light and airy. The dining area is furnished with table and 6 chairs in addition to an open-plan kitchen with island. The kitchen is supplied with all amenities. The upstairs living area has a flat screen with satellite TV.

Home sleeps 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The master bedroom upstairs offers a large king size bed, TV, DVD and large ensuite facilities.

The second and third bedrooms, both downstairs, each have a queen bed, with closets and direct patio access.

There is a large washer and dryer, and two car garage.
