Description of the San Francisco vacation apartment rental

Why stay in a small hotel room when you can stay in my spacious San Francisco home. I have a beautifully restored Victorian in a great central location. The unit has 11’ high ceilings and hardwood floors. There is a large kitchen with a gas stove. The kitchen leads to a sunroom with a washer and dryer. The nice sized living room has lots of light. The newly remolded bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There are two good sized bedrooms with queen beds. The unit has flat screen TV’s in all the rooms. There is also a small deck. The unit is beautifully furnished with lots of books and art work. It is a very quiet and charming. There is parking for one car. It is located in the NOPA area with lots of things to do and places to walk to.

NOPA is a centrally located neighborhood in SF you can walk to Golden Gate Park, haight Ashbury, The Fillmore district and Alamo Square. The NOPA area has many new restaurants and coffee shops and is a great walking neighborhood. You are a short cab or bus ride to anywhere in the city.

• Other Fees: Subject to signing a Vacation rental Agreement. Rates are for 2 people 3/4 people is $75 more per night. The unit is only for the people on the agreement. Any visitors must be approved by the owner. No over night vistors. NO PARTIES. Security deposit will not be used for normal wear and tear.

Basically, you'd be mad to stay anywhere else. This apartment is great value, beautifully decorated and really comfortable. The location is perfect - great bars, shops, neighbourhood strolls and parks, as well as easy access to other parts of the city. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this place to anyone, particularly if you want to feel you've experienced a bit of what it's like to live in San Fransisco. So much more fun and free than a hotel and Joe really makes you feel at home.

Loved our time staying here. We stayed for 9 nights and enjoyed the time. Access to Public transport was convenient and easy. The only issue that we had was a couple of nights of the door bell being rung at all hours of the night (every couple of hours untill well past 3am - the next night we unplagged it). But that would be our only complaint. Cooking was a breese and it was extremely comfortable

We spent 5 nights in this beautiful home and loved every minute. The location NOPA (North of Panhandle) is wonderful, with excellent restraunts and markets, and surrounded by beautifully restored Victorian homes. The home has beautiful furniture, lighting, and antique framed maps. Book cases are full of great reads, and there is a gorgeous gourmet kitchen large enough for entertaining. And to top it off, the water pressure is awesome! We will definately be back. Thanks, Joe. Debra

The owner of the flat has gone out of his way to make a guest's stay comfortable and carefree. It feels as though you're spending time in your best friend's home. Tastefully decorated, well appointed and ideally located, the flat provides great access to San Francisco sites without being in the middle of city traffic and congestion. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and entertaining ... but then, why do that when so many great restaurants are close by?! A neighborhood farmers' market, corner grocery and friendly neighbors all add to the "local" flavor.
