steps from Dolores Park.Recently fully restored top-to-bottom, the flat has two handsome bedrooms with lots of natural
light, two full bathrooms, plenty of common space including living room, formal dining room, and large back
patio with fireplace and manicured garden. The kitchen is a chef's dream -- a classic motif with
modern amenities which include a six-burner gas stove, large refrigerator, lit cabinets and
refrigerated wine cellar.The upstairs flat is approximately 1,600 square feet (150 square meters), has 14-foot high (4.3
meter) ceilings throughout, and can accommodate 1-5 comfortably; a fully remodeled downstairs studio
unit also available in same 1899 building. Brand new washer and dryer in each flat.
Take a movie at the Castro Theatre. Sunbathe in Dolores Park. Have the best burrito or crepe or
falafel in the Mission. Get fresh groceries and pharmaceuticals 24/7. All within walking distance. As
is Muni, BART and the easiest place to catch a taxicab in San Francisco.
