Description of the San Francisco vacation apartment rental

August booking special! Book a minimum 3 night stay from Ausut 17-29th, 2009 and receive a reduced nightly rate of $165.00 per night (regularly $190) and a reduced cleaning fee of $20.00 (regularly $65) Valid on 3 nights or more from August 17-29th, 2009.

The lower flat is 1000 square feet & has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. the hardwood floors are newly refinished & gleaming. We have a newly renovated bathroom with new tub, low flow toilet, vintage styled subway tiles, as well as a newly facelifted kitchen with microwave, gas stove, oven, butcher block counter, full size refrigerator, garbage disposal, all pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cups & utencils provided for you. There is also a toaster and coffee maker for your convenience.

We have a formal dining room with a large table 4 chairs & a bench-the dining room can seat 7 or 8. The living room is a large combination room with a daybed for lounging and watching T.V. or it can sleep 2 (or do both!). We have a 37" flat panel television with digital cable with HBO & STARZ as well as free WIFI and local & nationwide long distance is included. The daybed with trundle can sleep 2 or it's a great place for extra seating or an afternoon nap!

The bedrooms each have a queen bed with soft comfortable linens and cushy pillows for a restful nights sleep, soft carpeting underfoot & dressers for storing your clothing.

We provide all towels for bathing and have a clothes dryer & new washing machine in the basement under the house that is shared with the upstairs rental unit. The wash are is accessed through the backyard.

We are offering a lovely lower flat for rent in San Francisco's most laid back and desireable neighborhood, Noe Valley. Noe Valley is known for its beatiful victorian lined streets, family friendly areas, 24th Street shops and restaurants as well as for it's generally friendly San Francisco vibe. Noe Valley's main strip is 24th Street, which has great local restaurants, mom and pop bakeries, Italian ice cream shops, chocolatiers, gourmet wine shops, clothing & shoe stores as well as multi cultural shopping that is quite exotic & fun. Our house is located just 3 blocks walk to 24th Street. It's so easy to pop down any time of day or night for a crepe, ice cream, a coffee from Starbucks or some retail therapy. Our neighborhood is quiet, very safe and very family friendly. We think that you'll feel right at home.

All balances must be paid within 45 days of arrival. Check in time is 3:00pm and the check out time is 11:00a. If you require early check in-it may be available for an additional fee.
   
• Other Fees: Optional Towel service: fresh set of towels 2 times a week and removal of soiled towels-there is a charge of $50.00 per week for this service. Maid service also available-please inquire for rates. Porta-Crib (50 lbs max) and/or high chair available for $15.00 each of $25.00 for both one time charge.

 Great place to stay in SF, April 2, 2009

We had a great week at the Casa de Julia! It is in a nice quiet neighborhood with 2 different bus lines a few blocks away. We used public transportation and found it to be very handy and quite adequate for any SF tourism. (Dial 311 for superb assistance if public transportation is new for you.) It was also very handy to stroll down to 24th street for supper or a few groceries or a bit of wandering through shops. Wendy was very easy to work with as I planned our trip. I would readily stay at this rental again if returning to SF and if friends or family are heading that way, I'll put in a good word for the Casa de Julia!

We stayed here for a week, with our 2 adult children. It was a very comfortable apt.,and so convenient to public transportation and to 24th St shops and restaurants. Parking was available on the street with no problem. We very much enjoyed this place and would stay again, if we are here.
