Brand new furnishings including: 2 Ethan Allen beds, 42" wide-screen Sony HDTV with cable stations, Sony Blue Ray DVD player, wireless Internet, brand new sofa bed, dining table and chairs, furniture and kitchen appliances, newly painted and renovated.

There are hardwood floors throughout in the kitchen, living room/dining room and bedrooms. The bathroom has new floor tile, shower/bathtub, sink and fixtures. The many newly-installed double pane windows assure bright natural light in all rooms and an exceptionally quiet living environment.

Ample on street parking in safe quiet charming neighborhood. Diverse ethnic neighborhood restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, specialty shops.

Two minutes on foot to the Pacific Ocean for a morning/evening jog or walk, 1 minute to a jogging, walking and bike path.

The apartment was as advertised, very comfortable and exceedingly well kept and well equipped. Lovely being so close to the beach. Jacob was extremely helpful and friendly and the passes to the zoo and the science museum were a boon. We enjoyed our stay very much.

My family of five (ages 23 - 63, males and females) stayed here during our first visit to San Francisco. It was a great choice! We easily walked, drove or caught public transportation to numerous sites and then rested well at the end of every busy day in the comfortable accommodations. Jacob is a great host, sharing suggestions for "must see" attractions and discounted admission tickets with his guests. We hope to return to the city and the apartment soon!

Our family took our first vacation in years and stayed at this perfect apt 1/2 blk from the beach, 1 1/2 blks from the muni train, which goes right into union sq, quaint coffee house hang out is right there too. We liked this set-up because at the end of the day of touring the city, we could go back to the peace and quiet of the apt and everything we needed was there for us. Super clean, affordable comfortable, convenient. We felt so lucky to have found this vacation spot. My one and only "issue" is the beds were too small. We aren't large people but a full size is just too small for us. It was obviously a comfortable bed though and I looked forward to my husband getting up before me so I could enjoy spreading out a bit.:-) Lovely place!
