If you are looking for a non-hotel experience in the Bay Area, when here for business or vacation, a very spacious apartment [800 sq. ft. with 12 ft. ceilings] with separate bedroom (with a queen-sized sofa bed for sleeping) bathroom, kitchenette and office areas is available to rent for short term stays. This is the ground floor of a three story home, with a shared entrance. The stairs leading to the owner's quarters are immediately accessible upon entry. See photos.

The apartment is ideal for those on temporary assignment, contract professionals, parents visiting children, wedding guests and relocating executives. It is equipped with linens, sheets, blankets, robes, television, secure Wireless Internet, coffee maker, refrigerator, hotplate, microwave, and includes local phone service and utilities. Laundry access and fully equipped kitchen privileges can be arranged.

A beautiful garden with a San Francisco skyline view is available for reading and relaxing.

The luxurious space is ONLY SUITABLE for ONE OR TWO people [sharing the sofa bed]. No pets can be accommodated and smoking is not permitted. Children must be over 12 years of age.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the home of an art consultant and attorney in the Potrero Hill District. A West Highland Terrier is in residence, but is restricted to the owner’s quarters. The owners have been San Francisco residents for 25 years and they can make suggestions for enhancing your stay. They are totally respectful of privacy of their renters, and are seeking responsible, mature in attitude people.

If you, your relatives, or friends want to wake up surrounded by modern art and quiet, crave convenience and a sense of neighborhood, and want a more personalized stay in San Francisco, this will delight you.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It is located close to the Furniture Mart, UCSF Mission Campus, 3rd Street Light Rail, and approximately a 25 minute walk or 10 minutes by car to Union Square and Moscone Center. The cultural mecca of the Mission neighborhood is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk.

Entrances to Hwy 101 or 280 are less than a five minute drive, making the Wine Country, the Beach, Berkeley or any of the Bay Area attractions or business destinations easily reachable. SAFE STREET PARKING IS ABUNDANT AND UNMETERED,AND NO PERMIT IS NECESSARY.
