Elegant and comfortable 1920s 2-bedroom flat in a Mediterranean-style 3-unit building located at the foot of the Lyon Street stairs and situated against the greenery of the historic Presidio park between Pacific Heights and The Marina. Fully furnished, hardwood floors, Persian rugs, full kitchen, living & dining rooms, closet space, wireless Internet, cable TV (2) and tasteful decor.

One-month minimum stay required.

This sophisticated and very quiet retreat is walking distance from the Golden Gate Bridge, the Exploratorium, the Palace of Fine Arts and from the tony shopping districts of Union Street and Chestnut Street. Easy access by public transportation or car to North Beach, Downtown/Financial District of San Francisco, Telegraph Hill, the Wharf, Chinatown and all other attractions in San Francisco. Very close to the entrance to Highway 101 for travels to the vineyards of Napa & Sonoma.

Easy parking on surrounding streets but guest permits are advised in order to avoid violations.

Pre-payment is required for full length of stay in advance plus a refundable deposit of $1,000.00. Kindly email for payment instructions.

This distinctive flat accommodates a maximum of 2 adults or 2 adults plus 2 small children. Pets cannot be permitted, unfortunately.
