Elegant and comfortable 1920s one-bedroom studio in a Mediterranean-style building located at the foot of the Lyon Street stairs and situated against the greenery of the historic Presidio park between Pacific Heights and The Marina. Fully furnished, hardwood floor & berber carpet, full kitchen, living room, closet space and very tasteful decor. Stunning views of San Francisco Bay from the steps to this gorgeous property!

Easy parking on surrounding streets but guest permits are advised in order to avoid violations.

This distinctive studio accommodates a maximum of 2 adults and 2 small children. Pets cannot be permitted, unfortunately.

Area Description

This sophisticated and very quiet retreat is walking distance from the Golden Gate Bridge, the Exploratorium, the Palace of Fine Arts and from the tony shopping districts of Union Street and Chestnut Street. Easy access by public transportation or car to North Beach, Downtown/Financial District of San Francisco, Telegraph Hill, the Wharf, Chinatown and all other attractions in San Francisco. Very close to the entrance to Highway 101 for travels to the vineyards of Napa & Sonoma.
