Description of the San Francisco vacation apartment rental
Minimal stay duration is 2 weeks. We have other 2 people staying in our house on long term basis - they express their favor for longer staying tourists guests.
Area Information
The Mission's geographical location insulates it from the fog and wind from the west. As a result, the Mission has a tendency to be warmer and sunnier than the rest of the city. Just walk downhill from 24th Street in the west from Noe Valley towards Mission Street in the east and watch rolling fog coming from Twin Peaks!
Nearest cross street is 21th street
Nearest bus stop is one block away, #27 will take you to downtown SF & Market St
Freeway: take Potrero Ave South -4 blocks away
Nearest BART station at 24th St & Mission ~15 min. walking distance

Cheap, clean and comfortable

This rental was the cheapest we found in San Francisco, but everything has been optimal. The room was very clean and the owners very friendly and polite: she is helpful and talkative, the husband wanted to brought us to the airport (and did it) just because saw us going out from the house when he was coming back from work. The Street is very quiet, but if you are looking for fun, few blocks away you can find restaurants, bars and pubs. The neighbourhood is a nice mix of people and deserves a visit! 9 Days in the housse the 2 or 3 things important is that it s clean and nice the owner are very friendly thank you Kene to brought me to the start of the marathon the niehtborough is very good and you can safely park your car in the street The housse is close from all the major atraction of San Francisco and close from supermarket if we go back to SF we will go back there

San Francisco without the tourists

If you’re looking for a place to stay that is comfortable without all the tourists then you’ll love staying in the Mission District at the house of the windchimes. We met many wonderful business owners and patrons. The Mission District has awesome murals and some great architecture. Natallia had lots of suggestions of things to do and places to go, and they came with directions! A great help! We used public transportation and the bus stop was just around the corner. We had access to a wonderful kitchen and laundry . The home is beautiful and very comfortable. It even comes complete with Tiger the cat. He is a very friendly, laid back California cat! If you want to experience San Francisco like the locals do then this is the place to stay

Felt like living with a family

We rented one room of the two rooms that were rented out. For students like us it was good place to stay and not too far from the downtown (20 min by bus). I think we got what we would expect for this price. Thank you for giving good directions where to go and what to see in San Francisco and nearby cities. And thank you for your efforts to make us feel like home!
