Description of the San Francisco vacation apartment rental
I am subletting my room in 2BR/1.5 BA apartment, while I will be traveling from July 31th - August 16th. Room can be rented either weekly for $300 or for 17 days for $600, which would make the daily rate ONLY $37/night!!! Bargain! (Minimum stay 1 week)
Perfect for somebody in between apartments or visiting San Francisco during summer.
My room is at the back of the building, so I don't get any street-noise. The room in decent size and nicely furnished. I have a queen size bed, huge dresser, nightstand and a desk. The room also has a built-in closet, where you can put all your things.
There are 2 standard size windows facing south, so the rooms gets plenty of sunlight during day. High Speed wireless internet included!!
The whole apartment has been recently redecorated, so fresh paint and beautiful hardwood floors. The kitchen has all new appliances and marble counters. We also have all necessary cooking/eating tools, so it would be much more convenient, than staying in a hotel.
You would be sharing the apartment with a 23 years old professional male. We are good friends and both pretty outgoing. Having friends over for drinks would be acceptable, but no crazy parties. The apartment also has a patio/rooftop access, so smoking outside is possible. No pets, sorry!

Area Description
The Hayes valley neighborhood is really great - there are plenty of great restaurants/cafes/shops just around the corner. Also great public transportation (MUNI lines 21, 71, 6, 7), also MUNI light-train from Van Ness station just 3 blocks away.
