We rented this place for my sister, brother-in-law and niece and it worked out great for them. The location is perfect on a quiet, safe street just off 24th. Particularly important that it's on the western end, so no pesky 2 hour parking limits and easy parking. Place was clean and neat, bedroom was a good size, and quite helpful that washer/dryer were also in unit since it was a weeklong stay. Each room is distinct, so good amount of space for this kind of stay (kitchen is small, but only if you're planning on cooking, otherwise quite cute and has all the basics). Dennis was very nice, accommodated both a quick visit to check place out in a 1 hour period between guests as well as an early checkin. Super friendly, relaxed, and very responsive. Very fair rate for the accommodations. One note: there is a young child above, so there is a bit of noise in the early evening. Wasn't ultimately disruptive since it always stopped before 9pm, just a useful fyi. Will definitely recommend to other friends and family that want to visit and stay in lovely noe valley.

We had an awesome week in SF using this apartment as our base. It was nicely furnished, comfortable, clean, and is in a great location for exploring the Bay area. Dennis made us feel at home and was willing to provide anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. Whole Foods is just down the street and we ate at great restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. I highly recommend this apartment.
