Description of the San Francisco vacation b&b rental

Fully-furnished bedroom in charming Victorian flat on Divisadero Street between 14th and Duboce (one of the two beautiful residential blocks where Divisadero ends on the south, sitting above Castro Street.) A 5-minute walk to MUNI public transportation.

Bright and sunny 12’x14’ room with bay windows and (non-working) fireplace. Hardware floors. Beautifully furnished with queen-size four-poster bed and new mattress, matching 4 drawer-bureau and large armoire. A large over-stuffed leather chair and ottoman, as well as many antiques and decoratives finish off the room. Bathroom is shared with owner (single, professional gay male,) but was completely renovated last year with all new tile and fixtures, including a Jacuzzi tub. Guests have access to kitchen as well. Flat also comes with two resident, very friendly cocker spaniels. No smoking allowed.

Rates:

$100 per night Monday-Thursday nights (or for stays of 7 nights or longer)
