A quiet first floor double room suite w/ private bath, (525 sq ft) in the hip sunny mission, close to galleries, public transportation, Bart, Silicon Valley shuttles and freeways. Great restaurants in every price range, fun clubs, interesting cutting edge shopping and street life. Urban life at its best.

Two newly remodeled large rooms in an Edwardian flat with 10 ft coved ceilings and en-suite bath. Furnished with new modern leather furniture and luxuriously comfortable queen-sized bed. An alcove contains a 4 cu ft refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and a small supply of eating utensils. A mini dining table will allow casual eating and refreshments. A large flat screen hi-def TV with full service cable and Wi-Fi are provided along with a workstation for computer use. Street parking is manageable.

We are located just minutes from the heart of the Mission and famous Valencia St. with its thousands of restaurant seats and fabulous shopping. Within a four block radius, you will find four restaurants that appear in the SF Chronical's 100 best as well as a bar cited for its food and cocktails. There are four newly opened art galleries. Within a 10 minute stroll, you can eat casually at numerous Mexican, Vietnamese, Peruvian, Korean, Japanese,and Chinese restaurants at reasonable prices. Friendly coffee shops with Wi-Fi abound. Chains like Starbucks and Peets as well as Mission originals, Gourmet food trucks serve goodies from streets and designated parking areas.

We are 20 minutes by car or Taxi from SFO.The BART airport shuttle has stops at both 24th and 16th & Mission. Airport shuttles service our neighborhood and make early stops, though cab fare for two persons is little more than the shuttle and drops you at our door. In less than two short blocks you can get frequent busses to the heart of downtown, Union Sq. Moscone Center and the cable car to Fisherman.s Wharf. We will have guides to Muni service to the city. Many Silicon Valley workers spend weekends in the city using company provided shuttles that have numerous stops nearby. For those who drive up, our neighborhood has reasonably available street parking especially on weekends. We are just a few minutes from both Rt 101 and 280.
