We are in The city of San Francisco. Many Ads on this site are not so please see where they are in the Bay area. We have all our prices up front with no hidden fees or taxes as well and offer Free parking.

We have two units a Top and Bottom unit Both are 3 bedroom 1 bath units. So ask what we can do for your visit needs.

Prices are from 1-2 people,3-4 people and over 4 people in the price list.

This beautiful and elegantly-furnished Victorian suite sits high on the north slope of Potrero Hill in the heart of San Francisco and is the perfect short-term residence for professionals, corporate executives, or vacationers.

There are sweeping views of downtown San Francisco and the Bay from the living room, kitchen, and dining room. There are eight rooms in this 1600 square foot unit.

The master bedroom has a spacious queen-size bed. Each of the other two bedrooms is furnished with full size beds. Each bedroom comes with 1000 count Egyptian cotton bed linens and is tastefully furnished by a San Francisco decorator. There is a sofa and a folding twin roll away bed for additional sleeping spaces. The Bottom unit has a sofa bed that is the size of a queen bed.

The two dining areas in the Top unit have panoramic bay and city views and are decorated so that you can enjoy them. The living room decor has wonderful rich Victorian accents and it has a sweeping view of the bay. The other furniture in the condo has been acquired from family collections and heirlooms. Genuine Persian rugs provide an elegant finish to these rooms.

The kitchen is fully furnished and comes with a microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishes, pots, pans, and eating utensils. It too has a panoramic city view.

The unit has a very nice bathroom that blends Victorian and modern elements.

To make certain that your stay is trouble-free, the owners live in the downstairs unit and are ready to assist you as necessary. This is the unit we can rent if needed when the upper is booked.

Activities (on site or nearby): Potrero Hill enjoys the sunniest and warmest weather in San Francisco, and its safe, quiet, upscale neighborhood is a delight. Several of San Francisco's best restaurants are within walking distance, and, by car, you will be less than 10 minutes from Union Square, Fisherman's Wharf, and the financial district, 5 minutes from the SOMA high tech district, and 15 minutes from the San Francisco International Airport(also available by CalTrain). Public transportation is also available at a bus stop one block away, CalTrain(3 blocks away), and in 2006 a new 3rd street MUNI line(3 blocks away). The location in the southern part of the City provides easy access to the freeways going south to Silicon Valley, Palo Alto, Stanford, Carmel/Monterey and beyond. And, best of all, this neighborhood is one of the very few in San Francisco where you will NEVER have a parking problem!

This house is such a wonderful home away from home. It was much more spacious then we were expecting it to be and Tim was such a delight to work with. He responds very promptly to emails/phone calls and even provides additional emails about things to do in San Francisco, information about the city, etc. Tim goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. We had six girls who stayed in the upstairs three bedroom condo and there was more than enough room. The beds were super comfy and the place was extremely clean. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much, Tim!

One word; WOW! More words: What a great way to vacation in the city of San Francisco! There were four of us (had planned on six) in the upper, three-bedroom apartment. We were delighted to arrive in the Potrero Hill area---just off the freeway---and to have an off-street spot for our car. But the inside! Surprise, surprise! Spacious and gracious. Classy and sassy. Comfy and...well, that's enough of that. We felt completely at home and each arrival back after a day of walking or touring or shopping or whatever---each of those arrivals back was a treat--we each had a favorite spot to sip a glass of wine and enjoy the spectacular view. We cooked one night (Maman's Bistro is GREAT if you don't want to cook) and it was an easy well-equipped kitchen. T There were many little niceties--from the provided laptop and wireless connection, to the french-milled soaps and luxurious shampoos...would I go back again? in one beat of the heart I left in San Francisco!
