Beautiful, top floor, Russian Hill Condominium.

Description: Fully furnished. 1 bedroom/1 full bathroom. Large Living Room and open kitchen. Washer and Dryer. Wood burning fireplace. Hardwood floors throughout but carpeting in bedroom. I have direct access to a large deck from my bedroom, with a sliding patio door. My neighbors have access to the deck but rarely use it. There are stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the city to the West, and beautiful trees to the North. I can often hear the Parrots from Telegraph Hill who come to perch in our trees. I have plenty of windows and plenty of sunshine. Russian Hill is a very sunny and warm part of town. But on foggy nights, the lovely sound of the fog horn puts me to sleep.

Parking and Transportation: Parking space and guest parking are available at no additional cost. This is important because street parking in Russian Hill is a challenge! Bus 19 stops right in front of the building and several other buses are within 2 blocks.

Area Description

Location: On Greenwich/Polk Street. This is one block from Lombard street (the crooked street). Fisherman’s Wharf is 4 blocks down the hill. The cable car is two blocks up hill on Hyde Street. North Beach (little Italy) and Chinatown are over the top of the hill. And the Marina is just a mile away. Free tennis courts are on Greenwich and Larkin (one block up). Cafes, restaurants, wine bars, other bars, shops, grocery stores, drug stores, yoga and pilates studios are abundant on Polk Street. Polk street is a main thoroughfare for cyclists and will take you anywhere you need to go in the city or down to the Marina and Golden Gate Bridge.
