Charming Vacation Home by Fisherman's Wharf (#19884)

Write a review Love your property and all the conveniences it provided us. Blas the caretaker was there to meet us as promised and was very kind. The location is excellent, everything is newly renovated. I loved the open concept kitchen that allowed our family to all be together while cooking, watching TV, Accessing the internet, sitting at the dining table... everything was just great. I will definately recommend this to friends. This is a fantastic apartment overlooking Lombard Street.You can see the golden Gate Bridge from the living room window.Shops,bars and restaurants are within a few minutes walk.Pier 39/Fisherman's Wharf are also close by.The living area is spacious and although the pictures don't show this,there is a huge flat screen TV on the wall.The kitchen is enormous along with every amentity you could wish for,a state of the art coffe machine, ishwasher,different types of wine glasses depending on what type of wine you're drinking.The rooms are airy and comfortable.Our pillows were Calvin Klein and extremely comfy,so much that some days we struggled to get out of bed!The mattresses were also very soft.Starbucks Coffee,dishwasher tablets,shampoo,conditioner,soap,pasta,condiments were alos supplied which was a real bonus.Blas (caretaker) was extremely helpful and catered for all our needs.I'd reccommend this apartment to anyone who wanted a spacious,clean, stylish and luxury apartment. I found this at the last minute and I'm so glad I did. The condo is very nice, modern, clean and has all of the amenities (i.e. parking, wi-fi, etc.) one would want or need. Additionally, the location is perfect - trust me I know the city extremely well and this is so convenient to any place in the city you want to go. I'll definitely be renting it again soon. Will recommend to others. We came from Australia to swim in the Alcatraz swim challenge & found this place to be great. We had easy access to the Aquatic Park (our training venue) & found we could get to many places on foot quite easily. We had 5 male occupants & only 3 beds so we were pleased that the home owners were able to supply us with some quality inflatable beds. Also, we loved the view of the Golden Gate Bridge from the front windows. Our only disappointment was that we had no TV in the main living area & the Olympics were on. Overall, we loved the place & would re-book without hesitation if we were to visit this fantastic city again. Michael Wow.. I can not write or say enough to do this place justice. It’s a great house in a great location. We had a wonderful time in SF and the house was perfectly placed to walk to everything we wanted to see. Accomodation excellent and spotless - just what we were looking for. Be aware of a busy road at the front but this did not affect our slumbers since all the bedrooms are at the back. Congratulations to this very nice home in S.F.! We staid there with friends (paty of five) and had some very nice days in S.F.. The home is best located for a walk to the best known attractions of San Francisco (Fishermans Wharf, Pier 39, Cablecar, Crookest part of Lombard Street). From the living room you have an awesome view to the Golden Gate Bridge. The home is optimal equipped with everything necessary to cook and to enjoy this great town. Blas, the caretaker, was very nice too. The home is absolutely recommendable! My family of 4 stayed in the 3 bed apartment, which meant we had loads of space and a really great time! It is a really comfortable and well equiped property, in an excellent location - walkable to Fisherman's Wharf, the crooked part of Lombard Street, and a short cab ride to Union Square (where, for a change, it was my 16 year old son doing all of the clothes shopping!). When I next make it back to SF, I will definately stay here again - everyone loved it. My family of 7 and I recently stayed at the 3 bedroom Lombard property and we had a fabulous time. It is central to so many locations throughout the city not to mention many local restaurants/pubs across the street. One day we walked to pier 39 and on another we ate across the street at Bobo's steakhouse. The home was nicely furnished and the kitchen was beautiful. We will definitely be returning to this property again. Raj and Blas were very accommodating and extremely friendly. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we look forward to visiting again! Had a wonderful time in San Francisco. The place is wonderful. Kitchen was inviting to cook, bedrooms were very quiet, beds comfortable, and updated baths were clean and inviting. Blas was very attentive as well. This was our 5th time to San Fran and we would definitely stay here again when we come back. I brought my family to SF for a few days over spring break and couldn't have been more pleased. The home is beautiful, convenient and in a choice location. Great communication from the owners/mgrs as the trip got closer. We'll definately "repeat" at Lombard Street. A+++ There were six of us and we had a great stay. Nice house and the best location. We walked to Fishermans Wharf and the Cable Car and the trip to Alcatraz. Caretaker Blas was most kind and helpful. A great place with high end furnishings and equipment. Well maintained and easy to get around town from the unit. The building manager was available and helpful. We had a wonderful stay in SF and your home was lovely. We will stay here again at our next visit. Very accomadating and helpful staff. Location is great, within walking distance of many SF sights. Thanks for making our trip so enjoyable.
