Payment Options: Mastercard, PayPal, Visa
Check In: 3 p.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: 3 nights minimum
Lodging Tax: 10%
Deposits: A $500 Security Deposit by authorization on a major credit card is required 10 days prior to arrival. Cancellation Policy: Dates cannot be held until we receive a completed rental agreement forms and a 50% deposit. This deposit is refundable (less a 15% reservation fee) until 30 days before arrival. To be fair, we accept reservations on a first come basis. The remaining balance on the reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival in less you made prior arraignment with owner.
Other Fees: A $200 Cleaning Fee is required. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years day $500 per night on this days.

The house was well equipped with all the things we needed. It is convenient to everything in the bay area. The owners were easy to work with making the whole experience great!

This house was perfect for our family. The house was beautiful and nicely decorated. We had a wonderful time while in the house, the children enjoyed playing the arcade games and the adults had a great fun time using the karaoke machine. The owners were very kind and helpful allowing as to borrow their GPS system that made our traveling throughout the City very easy. I highly recommend this rental. Excelent location. We are planning to rent again with some friends sometime soon.
