Description of the San Francisco vacation home rental
Corner house with a very simple but nice landscape this is a very unique house. Located in the City of Pacifica on the East side very near the City of San Francisco.

4 Bathrooms ( 2 with bath tub jaccuzi ).

We have lived in San Francisco for 30 years. My goal is to make your vacation a memorable and as confortable as possible.

From the moment you arrived at San Francisco International Airport everything will be provided without difficulty's.
Area Description
The house is located in the City of Pacifica however; Pacifica runs alongside the coast and that is much further then where we are located.
We are in a triangular section of Pacifica nearest to San Francisco, interstate 280 runs 5 minutes or shorter from the house, nearest exit either Serramonte Boulevard or Hickey Boulevard. 8-10 minutes from the San Francisco International Airport. This area put us 5 minutes from San Francisco State University. 15 minutes to Downtown San Francisco. 20 minutes to Fishermans Warf. 10 minutes to the Golden Gate park. 17 minutes to the Golden Gate Bridge. 55 to 70 minutes depending on traffic to Sonoma and Napa valley wine country. 15 minutes to the City of Hillsborough. 30 minutes to Sillicon Valley.
5 minutes from the house we have the famous Serramonte shopping mall with excellent restaurants.
Near Serramonte mall we have additonal restaurants such as Sizzler, Boston Market, several fine chinese, japanese, Thai, mexican restaurants. Within a maximum of 10 minutes from the house you can choose over 20+ restaurants.
5 minutes from the house we have a Century 20 Cinema with 15 + screens.
5 minutes from the house we have Office Depot, Kinko, Computer USA, and much more.
At the same time we have the main form of transportaion for the entire Bay Area called the ( Bart )Bay Area Rapid system trasportation.
We have 2 stations 5 minutes from the house. Colma Bart station and South San Francisco station. The Bart now also has service to the San Francisco International Airport.
I always encourage tourist to devote 1 day and just ride the Bart from the Bay area and go to the City of Orinda, Laffayete, Walnut Creek, Concord.
For a vacation this is really the best location due to the unique strategic location so central to everything.
The San Francisco Zoo, Golden Gate Park, all kinds of fine restaurants, Fishermans Warf, Alcatraz Island, and much more are all anywhere from 5 minutes from the house to 15 minutes driving. To go to Fishermans Warf it takes 25 minutes maximum on a bad day with lots of traffic.
On a good day you can go to the new ATT Ball Park in 15 minutes.
The famous Moscone Center is only 15 minutes from the house.
This property is really unique for its location.
It was the best vacation our family has ever had.
Richard is just so knowledgable of the area and he network for us everything we had ever imagine plus much more.
To this day we still talk about it. Not only did he facilitate everything but we know we saved more than 30%.
