Beautiful San Francisco Victorian is available only for month of JULY.
Fully furnished 3-4 BR, 3BA house

** DOWNSTAIRS: living room with flat screen HD satellite t.v./vcr/dvd, dining room, full large kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven;
bathroom, bedroom with single bed; deck off kitchen w/ BBQ, hot tub, small garden. Washer/dryer is also on 1st floor.
** UPSTAIRS: master BR (queen bed) with 42” flat screen HD satellite t.v./vcr/dvd, and master BA with tub and separate shower; small deck off master BR;
2 smaller bedrooms with BA; teak hardwood floors, some city views, great light, quiet.
** Sleeps 6 comfortably
** Wi Fi internet access
** Washer/dryer
** Linens and towels provided
** House is non smoking
** driveway can fit one car
House is available month of July at $185/night. Preferable one week minimum. 7th night free with one week stay. Monthly rate is $4,000.
There is a non-refundable $85 cleaning fee, plus a $300 refundable security/damage deposit.
To reserve your stay, a 50% deposit is required to secure your requested dates. Balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival date. Cashier’s check or cleared personal check will work for payment.
Area Description
House is in warm, friendly neighborhood of Bernal Heights. There are great shops, excellent variety restaurants including sushi, Italian, Thai, Chinese, Californian, Peruvian) great grocer, Good Life Grocery, farmer’s fresh produce market on Saturdays, public parks.
** Public transportation: #24 bus runs on Cortland; By car you are 1 minute from 101 and 280 freeways, and 5-10 minutes from downtown
Neighborhood is full of kids, and kid friendly. Parks close by.
