With only having the opportunity to spend 2 nights at this property, I could not fault it... The home was spotless, warm, spacious, comfortable and exactly as described.. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property and if given the chance, I would definitely stay there again...

We were there for a week and the experience was incredible. You get of the house and you can see both Alcatraz and the Golde Gate at the same time. And the house was perfect for our group of two families with a total of eleven, everybody has its privacy and at the same time comfortable common spaces like a Very Wellington equiped kitchen, separate living and dinning rooms and three complete baths. Lawrence was very Kindle and professional, he got US a letter with all the instructions to the house use and no thing happened out of it. Thanks for a great San Francico experience.

We rented this house for a family reunion. It was able to accommodate all of eight of us in great comfort. The house is gracious and full of personality and warmth. We were able to entertain guests, relax, and enjoy all the amenities of home. The location is excellent, convenient to MUNI. There are great restaurants within several blocks and a Safeway is nearby. My sister and I ran along the Marina and Chrissy Field every morning to the Golden Gate Bridge and back. Lawrence was a pleasure to deal with and made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this house for a large group.

Our football staff of 11 enjoyed the stay. The location allowed us easy access to Berkeley for football. We were able to walk to Fishermans Warf and other attractions. The house met our needs. Access to a BBQ would have been nice but the kitchen was well equiped.
