Description of the San Francisco vacation home rental
Enjoy the best of San Francisco--a comfortable cozy house in a safe,quiet residential neighborhood and ease of access to all that San Francisco has to offer: Golden Gate Park, Pacific Ocean, Fisherman's Wharf, Union Square, Chinatown, Alcatraz. Located in SF's Richmond district on 43rd Avenue, the Ocean Breeze has hardwood floors throughout, living room with fireplace, dining room, large eat-in kitchen with new refrigerator, gas oven and dishwasher. All the furnishings are new from the pots and pans to the sheets and pillows. New 52" Samsung HDTV, Samsung Blue Ray DVD Player, DVD Library, Netflix, DSL. This vacation rental gem is 3 blocks south of Lincoln Park, 4 blocks north of Golden Gate Park and 5 blocks east of Sutro Heights Park with their magnificent views of the Pacific. The Cliff House, Beach Chalet and Ocean Beach are all within walking distance. Excellent public transportation connections 2 blocks away to anywhere in SF. Good street parking.

Great Family Vacation Rental - Reasonably Priced

Our family vacation this year was very nice in San Francisco. Finding this rental property made it even better. The property is located in a residential area that is 6 blocks from the water and one block from the local Wal Greens. You can even view a portion of the Pacific Ocean from the kitchen window. The house is nice and roomy. There were seven of us that stayed at the property. The beds in both bedrooms are very comfortable. We used the pull out sofa and Jacob was kind enough to offer us 2 fold out futons to make our stay even more comfortable. The property offers more than enough linens to use. The kitchen is well equipped with nice dishes, "Wolfgang Puck" pots, glasses, utensils and even a dishwasher. The "Big Screen TV" was a plus and there is a great selection of DVD's to view, although we didn't have time to watch any. The bathroom is roomy and had more than enough plush towels to use during our stay. Jacob is very courteous and helpful. I checked with other rental properties in the area some of them you had to rent during a certain time that included the weekends. Thank you Jacob for calling me after I inquired about your property. I would stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to the San Francisco area. Thanks again Jacob.

Wonderful place in west side of San Francisco.

I'm from Canada and have stayed in this property for 8 days with 5 of my friends.
First, Jacob, is very friendly and easy to work with. We had looked for a few properties before but many didn't bother to respond or provided prompt responses. Jacob provided to a level of service that my friends and I were more than satisfied. Deposit was refunded immediately when we were done our trip.
The location of the property is in the north east of San Francisco. A slight bit away from the downtown location but transportation via Muni Bus is frequent. We never had to wait more than 5 mins for transportation.
Don't let the pictures fool you, the place was quite big. Especially the living room and master bedroom.
The leather couch was very comfortable and a huge TV!!
All the basic kitchen necessities were there. There were lots of items such as kids games, DVDs... etc that we had access to (even though we didn't need all these items). And thanks for the fruits, Jacob.
We had a friend over the day before 4th of July and she was also impressed with the size and overall amenities. I would recommend this property to my friends if they ever decide to come to San Fran.
If there was one thing that I didn't like about this place, it would be that the shower had see-through glass doors. That means I couldn't go to the washroom when my friend is taking a shower without seeing him or her naked. lol. But I think that can be fixed with a shower curtain.
The neighborhood is quiet as stated.
