Two bedroom condo overlooks the swimming pool. Great views of ocean and mountains. The condo has a vaulted ceiling with an open kitchen/living area, and air conditioner. The kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge, Stove, Microwave. Double patio doors open on to balcony. The upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed, full closet,ceiling fan and air conditioner, patio doors opening onto a small patio. The upstairs bath room features a large tiled shower. With bath towels, hand towels, and face clothes.
The main floor bedroom has a double bed, full closet, fan and air conditioner. The main floor bathroom has a tiled shower, with bath towels, hand towels, and face cloths.
Beach towels are provided for your personal use.
There is a stacked washer and dryer located behind the balcony bodega doors. Pets are NOT allowed and Smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo.
The condominium complex has a pool. There is one covered parking stall provided for off street parking.

It is a short walk to the beach, bird sanctuary, and the town central plaza. San Jose has a wonderful selection of shops, stores, boutiques, art galleries, and curio stands. There is a great selection of restaurants for all price ranges. Fresh fish, fruit and vegetables are available at the municipal Mercado and there are also several super markets nearby that carry almost everything one could desire (Mega Grocery Store is like Wal-Mart).
