Three bedrooms, full kitchen,living room, and a large family room is nestled on a double-lot providing garden seating throughout the property. Swing under the mature Magnolia tree, walk to the Theatre Playhouse or one of three separate venues for music and concerts. You are beach close(5 mins). Boogieboards, surfboards and kayaks(already in the water) are provided. Rinse the day away under the outdoor shower after rejuvenating in the hot tub.

San Juan is an eclectic blend of beach town, historic community and horse property. Some of the finest surfboard shapers came from this area. We are home to the oldest Mission in Ca and still offer stables and riding arenas for horse enthusiasts. This home is walk-close to the San Juan Mission and historic Los Rios Street where the oldest homes in San Juan are woven among shops, art studios, restauraunts and the train depot. Enjoy music,indoor and out, at the Library, the Mission, Swallows Inn or the local park. Stay close to home or visit sister communities: Laguna Beach, Dana Point and San Clemente, all within 15 mins of San Juan. Disneyland, Sea World or Knotts Berry Farm can be reached within 45 mins.
